Service of Process rates are based on per person, per address, and all additional persons at same location are served at half price. The following service conditions apply:

• All services include three attempts for one address
• Surveillance or waiting time will be charged a fee if it exceeds 30 minutes
• All serves are digitally recorded (for denial of Service Claims by receiving party***)
• All serve status updates are immediate via Process Service software and Proof of Service and Affidavits are provided electronically

All Service of Process assigned to BMC Enterprise are handled in-house for Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties start at the following rates:

• Regular / Standard Service..... $75.00 (1st attempt within 48 hrs.)
• Rush Service..... $100.00 (1st attempt NEXT DAY)
• Same Day Service..... $ 95.00
• Service of Process Surveillance ONLY..... $ 115.00 p/h in addition to service fee (2 hr. minimum)
• Print Fee over 30 pages..... $ 0.25 per page
• Mileage Fee over 30 miles..... $ 0.65 per mile
